Borealis Data Center delivered a megawatt-scale HPC and AI data center in Kajaani, Finland in seven months. The project followed a build-to-suit delivery approach, allowing design, procurement, and construction to progress in parallel to meet a compressed timeline while supporting high-density AI and HPC workloads.
